You can pretty much assume right now that if someone is saying the other guys are doing it, it's to cover the fact that, actually, they're the ones doing it.

Unfortunately, at least to some extent, such things seem to always be (in the past, now, and likely again in the future). It comes from a deeply flawed understanding of the true nature of our existence. And, it is fed by the seemingly unavoidable consequences of living out of that misunderstanding.
