The President of the United States has lost his mind 

The activity of the highest office in the land should represent the highest ideals of our country, rather than the personal insecurities and political whims of its inhabitant.  Besides the kind of 'work' that appears to be going on in the middle of the night, the real effort is having to be fought during daylight hours:
